- Biorchestra Drug Delivery System (BDDSTM) is a proprietary technology utilizing nonlipid polymer ion complex and brain targeting technology. Design and synthesis of target and non-target polymers will be discussed.
- BDDSTM technology is compatible with multiple RNA species with various length (e.g., ASO, siRNA & mRNA). Application of RNA encapsulating BDDSTM in animal models of several neurodegenerative diseases will be introduced.
- Future of BDDSTM as a therapeutic option for CNS diseases carrying large payloads including CRISPR Cas 9, guide RNA, and DNA will be discussed.
